1. First root your mobile.
2. Download any root browser (RootBroser, ES File Explorer...etc) . Enable root permissions for that app using Permission manager.
3. Replace the GPS.conf file with the one attached. File to replace will be found under ../system/etc
4. Clear Cache and restart your mobile.
Note: Please backup your GPS.conf file if you want to revert back to original GPS.conf.
